Line nodes
Composition of the line:
- Feeding section. Three independent servo drives serve three separate feeding zones, ensuring high speed and precision of the machine.
- Blank transfer system (CBS). Side toothed sandwich belts grip the blank along the edges. A vacuum belt located in the center of the machine ensures stable transfer without blank shifting.
- Flexographic top printing section. The use of a doctor blade system allows excess ink to be removed from the ceramic anilox roller, evenly applying ink without irregularities or defects, regardless of machine speed or sheet size.
- Rotary line. The full-size die-cutting section gives the Shinko line production flexibility. The standard configuration includes a device designed for "hand hole" die-cutting in "one touch", equipped with an automatic positioning system for maximum rotation accuracy. No tools are required to install or remove the device.
- Stripping section (removal of waste). Responsible for removing excess material from the edges of the blank.
- Stacking section. The line is equipped with an automatic sheet stacker.
