Fix Type Casemaker
An automatic inline line with servo control that performs the full production cycle of packaging from corrugated cardboard sheets.
The fixed design allows you to set up a new order while the machine is running, which significantly reduces order change time and avoids downtime.
Feed Section: Three independent servo motors control three separate feeding zones, providing high speed and precision for the machine's operation.
CBS Workpiece Transmission System (Belt Transmission System): The side-toothed sandwich belts securely grip the workpiece along its edges. A centrally located vacuum belt ensures stable alignment without displacing the workpiece.
Flexographic Top Printing Section: The doctor blade system removes excess ink from the ceramic anilox roller, allowing uniform ink application without streaks or defects, regardless of machine speed or sheet size.
Rotary Die-Cutting Section: The full-length die-cutting station adds production flexibility to the Shinko line. The standard configuration includes a “one-touch” device for manual hole-cutting, with an automatic workpiece positioning system to ensure maximum accuracy during rotation. Installation and removal of this device are tool-free.
Stripping Section (Flash Removal): This section removes excess material from the workpiece edges.
Stacking Section: The line includes an automatic sheet stacker.
